"Stop Online Piracy Act" (modified version of Senate's "PROTECT IP Act") introduced in House Judiciary Committee; panic ensues

The House version of the long-controversial "PROTECT IP" Act, known in Goodlatte-land as the "Stop Online Piracy Act" (full text of the bill available here) was introduced today to widespread acclaim panic.
